1. Incheon Airport to Seoul via Express Train (AREX)

There are two types of trains that can take you to Seoul Station: the Airport Railroad Express Train (AREX) and the All-Stop Train. If your priority is to get to Seoul in the quickest way possible, we recommend you take the AREX train.

The airport express train in Korea runs up to 305 kph and can take you to Seoul in 43 minutes from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 and 51 minutes from Terminal 2. It’s the most popular choice among locals and tourists since the trips are nonstop. It also offers premium amenities, such as comfortable seats, vending machines, airplane-style restrooms, and an entertainment system.

2. Incheon Airport to Seoul via All-Stop Train

If you don’t mind a cramped train during rush hour or a slightly longer train ride to go from Incheon to Seoul, then choose to take the All-Stop Train. The journey will take around 58 minutes if you’ll come from Terminal 1 and approximately 1 hour and 6 minutes if you’ll depart from Terminal 2.

Riding the All-Stop train in Korea is ideal if you plan to go straight to Cheongna International City, Gyeyang, Gimpo International Airport, Digital Media City, and Hongik University. Just expect the train to be packed with locals and tourists during peak hours.

You may buy your All-Stop train tickets to Seoul Station from the machines at the airport’s Transportation Center. Expect to pay around $3.6 if you’re coming from Incheon Terminal 1 and $4.15 from Terminal 2. If your last stop is farther than Seoul Station, an extra charge of around $1.2 will be added.

3. Incheon Airport to Seoul via K-Limousine Bus
