“You must make a reservation in advance to go up to the top observation deck, and you must arrive on time at the scheduled time. The control is quite strict. You must check in on the first floor first, and then check in again after going upstairs. It is a bit complicated but very worth it. The audio guide is very detailed. It is perfect.
