Purchasing it with a metro pass is highly recommended too. I was opting to buy the Amazing Osaka pass but it is not available anymore, as it was recommended by a friend. For Wonder Cruise, you must book your ride in advance. We didn’t know that, but we were lucky to line up without a reservation. You may wait in a queue and ride the cruise if someone cancels their reservation. For the Tombori cruise, please get your ticket from their counter just near the boarding area,” reads an Osaka e-Pass review on Klook.
